COMPLETE SYSTEM MAPPING (STRAND MAPPING) - We generate base maps from City/County maps, USGS maps, or State Grid maps and walk out your system 100%. All distances between poles or peds are measured by hand to ensure accuracy. We mark pole information (i.e. joint use, telephone, transformer pole) and subscriber information as to whether it is commercial MDU or R-1. We include alternate routing if they exist. All information is then digitized with all pertinent notes from the fielders notes included. Potential make ready problems are noted on maps as well as areas where trees may need trimming for construction.

AS-BUILT MAPPING - We walk out your system with the system maps noting any and all changes. We note all active location and manufacturers. All passives and taps are noted by manufacturer and with the passive/tap values (if visible). Cable’s are identified as to size and whether jacketed or non-jacketed types, pole’s are identified/verified per type and use. Underground cables are located and peds are checked, damaged or missing peds are noted.

MDU SURVEY - We walkout and verify MDU designs, in the case of an as-built. We will walkout and verify footages for new builds. Unusual or problem areas will be noted on the walkout maps.

Make Ready - Our field personnel will measure all potential make ready issue areas and note all discrepancies on the maps. The type of pole and ownership will be noted for permitting purposes.

ADDRESSING - Addressing can be incorporated into the maps with ease. Addresses are gathered either in the field or by existing address databases (i.e., City/County database, 911 Emergency database, etc.).
